Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we operate by appointment to ensure each patient receives dedicated attention. Walk-ins are welcome if we have availability, but scheduling an appointment guarantees your preferred time slot.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most major vision insurance plans including VSP, EyeMed, Spectera, Superior Vision, and many others. We also work with medical insurance for medical eye conditions. Please call us to verify your specific plan coverage.

How long does an eye exam take?

A comprehensive eye exam typically takes 30-60 minutes, depending on the tests needed and whether you're a new or returning patient. Contact lens fittings may require additional time.

Do you offer same-day glasses or contacts?

We have many contact lenses in stock for same-day pickup. Eyeglasses typically take 7-10 days, though we offer rush service for certain prescriptions. Ask our staff about expedited options.

Can children have eye exams?

Absolutely! We provide comprehensive pediatric eye exams for children of all ages. Early detection of vision problems is crucial for proper eye development and academic success.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your current glasses or contacts, insurance cards, a list of current medications, and any previous eye health records if available. New patients should arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
